The penultimate silver coin of the prestigious series "Eyes of the Continents" is leads to Africa, the home of the elephant. Since time immemorial, the people of Africa have revered elephants, because of their size, their serious and measured appearance and the soothing calm that emanates from them.

The coin images

The design side shows an elephant in a savannah, which is surrounded by ornaments, similar to African fabric patterns. The side of the coin shows an elephant's head, which captivates with its eyes sparkling from sapphire blue Swarovski crystals. Blue represents the animal's calmness and level-headedness and is representative of what people so admire about elephants. Small dots on the elephant's face complete the intricate design of the coin.
