Die Umwandlung von Geld in Goldbarren oder Goldmünzen ist daher auf einen Betrag von 10.000 Euro (einmalig oder auch in mehreren Tranchen) beschränkt, sofern Sie anonym bleiben möchten. Übersteigt die Höhe der Transaktion diesen Wert sind Edelmetallhändler gesetzlich verpflichtet die Daten ihrer Kunden zu erfassen, diese sieben Jahre aufzubewahren und auf behördliche Anfrage auszuhändigen.
