This timeless children's story was published by Lewis Carroll in 1865. Alice, a young girl, falls down a rabbit hole and meets many different characters on her journey, including the White Rabbit, the famous Cheshire Cat and the Hatter. The book has been translated into 176 languages to date.
Each Alice in Wonderland silver coin is available in its original box, complete with case and certificate of authenticity, and with a mintage of only 3,500 worldwide, this coin is a coveted collector's item. The design side shows an illustration - designed with great attention to detail - by Sir John Tenniel from the first publication of "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland". The value side of the coin shows the world-famous portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, facing right, designed by Jody Clark.
