Austria through the ages

This coin is from the series "Austria through the ages", which was already started with commemorative coins in shilling nominal.

On the value side of the coin are depicted guards guarding the Vienna Hofburg at the Swiss Gate. The Vienna Hofburg was built in the late Middle Ages and was the residence of the Habsburgs until 1918. The obverse of the coin depicts Emperor Ferdinand the First, who moved his residence to the Hofburg in Vienna in the mid-16th century.

The coin is sold including beautiful box and certificate of authenticity.
