About this product

A classic among the shilling coins

The schilling became the official currency in Austria in 1924 and remained so until it was replaced by the euro in 2002. Even today, many citizens like to think back to the Schilling and have the opportunity to bring back the traditional currency as a gold coin of the 1st and 2nd Republic. As a commemorative coin worth 500 or 1000 schillings, the former Austrian currency becomes a special collector's coin that is also a safe investment.
The coin is available in various vintages.
