The king of the jungle

The king of beasts has always lived in Asia. The cultural history of this continent is densely populated by tigers. They are believed to possess all strength and power. In China, the big cat was and still is a symbol of strength and bravery. It also plays an important role in Hinduism: the many-armed goddess Durga is often depicted riding a tiger.

As a power animal, the tiger is considered to be a peaceful creature, but also one that knows how to fight when it needs to. The Chinese "Year of the Tiger" began on February 1, 2022.

The coin images
