In our branch at Alsergrund in 1090 Vienna, in view of the new requirements and for the protection of people who belong to a risk group, we have set up a value mailbox so that you can also make a gold sale completely contactless at Gold&Co at the usual conditions.
We will open and accept your shipment under camera surveillance, appraise your pieces free of charge and without obligation, and then contact you with the purchase value. If you want to accept our offer, you will receive your money immediately - if not, you will get your gold back directly.

Here's how
1. fill out purchase form
- Download our purchase form here, fill it out and put it in a padded envelope with your well-packaged pieces.
- For safety reasons, photograph the goods before packing (if possible on a scale) and pack them in a sealed padded envelope - the same as described in our postal shipping instructions - and drop them in the insured mail box. Upon request, we will be happy to send you the appropriate packaging free of charge or hand it over to you at the door during opening hours.
2nd throw in
- Drop your package in our purchase box between 8 am - 8 pm. Very important: Purchase form and goods must be sufficiently and together packed.
- We will appraise your pieces at the earliest possible date, free of charge and without obligation, and contact you with our purchase value.
2. get money or gold back
- If you accept our offer, you will immediately receive your money on your account - if not, we will send your gold back to you free of charge.
