From the Habsburg series

This Austrian commemorative coin commemorates Emperor Charles I and comes from the Fates of the House of Habsburg series. An accompanying certificate guarantees the authenticity of the coin struck in proof quality, and the gold coin is also recognized as legal tender in Austria.

Charles I from the Habsburg-Lorraine dynasty was the last Emperor of Austria from 1916 until he renounced "any share in the affairs of state" in 1918. As Charles IV, he was also King of Hungary and Croatia.
