This coin was minted from one ounce of 99.9% silver and features the famous 1997 Batmobile™. Also on the coin: the Batman™ logo, a colorful likeness of Batman™ and the words "1997 Batmobile".

3rd issue in the series "Batmobile".

A new Batmobile was introduced in the 1997 film Batman & Robin, the fourth and final installment in the series that began in 1989. The inspiration for the car came from older racing roadsters like the Jaguar D Type and the Delahaye 165. In reality, the new 1997 Batmobile™ was about 9 meters long and tested on the road at over 225 mph. Also, like the 1997 version, the Batman Forever car had illuminated wheels and engine cowling. The reverse of the coin features the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II as well as the face value and year of issue. The special feature: The coin is presented in an acrylic floating frame, so that both sides can be viewed.

The coin is sold incl. original case with a certificate of authenticity.
